1) The whole VPS.
He'd tried too use Virtuozzo, but it only allows one single backup. Can this be incremented? He would like to keep 3/4 versions, doing backups once a week. Is this possible?
2) On a per user basis.
He would like offer this as add-on.
This one would be done using a cron job to backup the user folders, mail and DBs.
What are other VPS users doing? I'm not sure what to say him about were to start, do you have any idea?
