When i login to my box then it won't let me type and after a while it drops out. Also if i type and leave it and wait all the words i typed 30seconds or longer ago appear then the Password: appears on same line

Or it stays logged in for a minute or so then drops out.

I don't know what to be do, I use my box for ssh for web browsing, so this can make it annoying it dropping out all the time.
Also annoying when i login to my email using putty and it won't let me move up and down to go to next email.then after a while it will jump down a few then go back to being stuck again.

suggest me a good suggestion?
