Hello for all,

I discovered this forum looking for web hosting communities where I can learn more about this world. Congratulations for this forum, it is nice and I think I will get the replies to my answers here.
I have a forum with vBulletin and the database is +25 MB, it is a forum about sports in my local city. Actually I have it hosted in a local provider but they aren't replying my tickets and the servers are slow, these are the reasons because I am looking for a new provider for host my needs.

I've seen your Value plan that I find it is the best for my needs, however I have some questions:
1. Do you provide 24x7 support? (My current provider doesn't)
2. Do you accept PayPal? (It's important because I want to protect my credit card info in Internet)
3. Do you offer SSH access? (I will need to upload and administer some files and it would be easier if I can do it with SSH)
4. I've seen you use RvSkin. Can I use your control panel in Spanish language? (I am spanish and I would like to get my control panel in my language, if is possible)
5. Will you transfer my site? (My current provider uses cPanel)

I'm not staff here but I would love to take a whack at this so here it goes...

It says "Contact us 24/7" in the header on their main page. The links leads here: http://www.copahost.com/whmcs/submitticket.php

They also have lve chat, though I assume that is not 24/7. http://www.copahost.com/livechat/livezilla.php
You can also get there by going to the homepage. It says "Chat right now" next to the "Contact us 24/7" link.

Following one of the "Order Now" buttons, it seems that the only type of payment that they accept is PayPal.

As for SSH, yes, they offer it.

Hi guys, Copahost support is 24x7 via support tickets.

Tickets take about a couple of hours to be answered.

I have received lots of advice on transferring my web site to a new host. It's all really simple. Just get your DNS numbers and the new DNS numbers and download your site and upload your site using the new numbers. I can't understand the gobbledygook, never mind take the recommended action. Can someone PLEASE give me step by step advice on transferring my web site.

If someone you don't know well enough to know there they are at/from has 40,000 of your money the chances are you have been scammed. You may want to check out the yahoo group anti scammers.
