1) Login to the cPanel using the URL http://IPaddress:2082/
2) Select the mail icon.
3) Click on “Trace an Email address” option.
4) Enter an email address that you wish to trace.
5) Click on “Show Route”

This feature shows you how the mail server will treat a message when sending to or delivering to a specific address.
